Schedule a Visit
Admin schedules a visit and assigns a PSW. The visit appears on the worker's mobile EVV screen.
PSW Clocks In
Worker opens the visit, taps Clock In, and GPS verifies they are at the client's service location.
Care Provided
Worker completes visit tasks and writes care notes during the visit.
PSW Clocks Out
Worker taps Clock Out with optional GPS verification. Duration is calculated automatically.
Admin Review
If exceptions exist, admin reviews and resolves them. Verified visits flow to timesheets.

Does EVV continuously track worker location?
No. GPS is only captured at clock-in and clock-out events. PSWPro does not continuously monitor worker location in the background.
What happens if a worker is outside the allowed radius?
The system flags an exception. The worker can retry GPS or, if permitted by agency policy, continue with a manual reason. Admins review the exception.
Can a worker clock in without GPS?
Only if the agency allows manual clock-in. Manual clock-ins always require a reason and are flagged for admin review.
Can admins correct EVV records?
Yes. Admins can correct clock-in or clock-out times. Every correction preserves the original value and records the reason, admin user, and timestamp.
Does EVV create timesheet entries automatically?
Yes. When configured, a timesheet entry is created automatically when a worker clocks out. If an exception exists, the timesheet stays pending for review.
Is EVV available on the Free plan?
No. EVV is a Pro feature designed for agencies and businesses that need visit verification.
