1. What Is a Subprocessor?
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes data on behalf of PSW Pro to help deliver and maintain the platform. Subprocessors may host data, process payments, deliver emails, provide analytics, or perform other functions necessary to operate the Services.
2. Why PSW Pro Uses Providers
PSW Pro uses third-party providers to access specialized infrastructure and services that would be impractical to build and maintain independently. This includes cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and other operational functions.
3. PSW Pro's Responsibility
PSW Pro is responsible for selecting providers that maintain reasonable security and privacy practices. However, PSW Pro does not control every aspect of a third party's independent information practices. Third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

The table below lists the categories of providers PSW Pro uses, the general purpose of each category, and where known, the specific provider and processing location.

5. Data-Processing Locations
Some providers process data outside Canada. When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to that jurisdiction's laws and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or government authorities under local law.
6. Cross-Border Processing

7. Contractual Safeguards
PSW Pro aims to engage providers that offer reasonable contractual protections for data processing. These may include data-protection terms, confidentiality obligations, and security requirements. The specific terms vary by provider and engagement.
8. Material Provider Changes
If PSW Pro adds, replaces, or materially changes a subprocessor in a way that affects how personal information is processed, we may update this page and, where required, provide additional notice or seek consent.
