1. Supported Browsers
PSW Pro is a web-based application that runs in modern browsers. For the best experience, use a current version of one of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome (latest version)
- Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
- Apple Safari (latest version)
- Microsoft Edge (latest version)
We do not guarantee that older or legacy browsers will work correctly. If you experience issues, updating your browser may resolve them.
2. JavaScript Requirement
PSW Pro requires JavaScript to be enabled in your browser. The platform relies on JavaScript for interactive features, forms, and data display. If JavaScript is disabled, most features will not function.
3. Cookie Requirement
Cookies must be enabled for authentication, session management, and certain platform features. If you block all cookies, you may be unable to sign in or use the platform. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
4. Internet Connection
A stable internet connection is required to use PSW Pro. The platform is cloud-hosted and does not function offline. Slow or unreliable connections may affect performance, particularly when uploading files or loading large records.
5. Mobile Browser Access
PSW Pro is designed to be responsive and accessible through supported mobile web browsers. Authorized users can review assignments, record mileage, and complete documentation from a compatible phone or tablet browser without installing a separate application.
6. Recommended Screen and Device Practices
For the best experience on desktop and laptop computers, use a screen resolution of 1280×720 or higher. On mobile devices, the platform adapts to smaller screens automatically.
7. Browser Updates
Keeping your browser up to date helps ensure compatibility, security, and performance. We recommend enabling automatic browser updates where available.
8. Device and Operating System Security
You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security on the devices you use to access PSW Pro. This includes:
- Using a supported, updated operating system;
- Installing security updates and patches;
- Using screen locks or device passwords;
- Avoiding suspicious links, apps, or downloads;
- Using reputable antivirus or security software where appropriate.
9. Camera or File-Upload Permissions
Some platform features may require access to your device camera or file storage, such as uploading receipts, documents, or profile photos. Your browser will prompt you for permission when needed. You can manage these permissions through your browser or device settings.
10. Email Access
A valid email address is required to create an account, verify your identity, and recover a lost password. You must have access to the email address associated with your account to receive verification messages, password resets, and important service notifications.
11. Private-Browsing Limitations
Private or incognito browsing mode may limit how cookies and session data are stored. If you use private-browsing mode, you may need to sign in more frequently or re-select preferences. Some features may behave differently in private mode.
12. Shared-Device Precautions
If you access PSW Pro from a shared or public device, sign out when you are finished. Do not save passwords on shared devices. Clear browser data after use on public computers to help protect your account.
13. Unsupported Legacy Browsers
Browsers that are no longer receiving security updates, such as Internet Explorer, are not supported. Using an unsupported browser may result in broken features, security risks, or an inability to access the platform.
14. Troubleshooting
If you experience technical issues, try the following steps:
- Refresh the page;
- Clear your browser cache and cookies;
- Update your browser to the latest version;
- Try a different browser or device;
- Check your internet connection;
- Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the platform.
